The linear tables TV3P and TV4P represent the natural evolution of the TV series, both from the dimensional point of view and the obtainable performances; they bear high loads, with maximum rigidity and precision, in the field of mechanical machining or other heavy uses. The structures are made of steel, the work surfaces and the support surfaces of the guide systems are rectified; the carriage moves through profiled guides with roller skates, movement control with preloaded precision ball screw. Particular attention was dedicated to protection systems to protect the components even in the most extreme working conditions against the penetration of harmful agents such as shavings or liquids. Inside the structure there is a centralized system for the lubrication of the moving parts, with dispensers that optimize the quantity of lubricant. The project, which also exploits the modularity of the components, it allows the creation of dedicated variants for specific user needs.
