The positioning tables Series UMB by Meccanica Besnatese are produced to obtain the highest reliability with reduced overall dimensions, the highest rigidity as well as sliding capacity.
The Series UMB makes use of the longitudinal movement on micro-guides and ball sliding blocks with zero clearance. Optimal movement execution via a ball microscrew with diameter 8, pitch 1 and 0.03-mm maximum axial clearance.
This low profile system features steel structure and trolley, burnished surfaces and a large section ensuring a high torsional stability. It is supplied with a front flange which is anodized in a brilliant gold color and can be configured according to the different motor models. The UMB useful travel can be 60 or 100 mm. and is modular in order to be coupled with the X and Y system.
