Mission
The primary objective of MECCANICA BESNATESE S.r.l. is to fully satisfy the requirements of its customers.
Vision
By complying with the UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN 9100 standards, we want to give greater weight to what our current and future customers expect from us and, consequently, improve our reputation in terms of the quality of our products: through Quality Management System Certification, MECCANICA BESNATESE S.r.l. wishes to guarantee all its customers its ability to satisfy all implicit and explicit requirements and obligations in every respect.
Quality policy
The Quality Policy is the general reference point for the management of all activities that influence quality. All company departments and services apply the principles contained in this policy with a view to continuous technical, economic, and qualitative improvement.
Management has analyzed the company’s risks and defined objectives and indicators that are periodically verified and reviewed, allowing the effectiveness and efficiency of company processes aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and improving company processes to be measured.
Company personnel are responsible for generating company quality, each within their own area of expertise, and it is therefore essential that all internal functions, at all levels, coordinate and intensify their efforts for a greater and more correct approach to quality management, embracing the above objectives and supporting Management in implementing the following operational strategies:
- Identify, qualify, and engage suppliers to establish a relationship of mutual collaboration and trust that will ensure systematic compliance with the quality requirements of the procurement process.
- Pay attention to the satisfaction of customers, employees, and partners by continuously monitoring their needs and expectations;
- Updating machines and processes aimed at continuously improving technical and professional skills in order to increase the quality of the products offered and boost competitiveness.
La Direzione di MECCANICA BESNATESE si impegna inoltre a:
- Comply with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN 9100 standards by structuring and maintaining an active quality management system;
- Inform and raise awareness among all employees in order to create the best conditions for performing assigned tasks in a healthy and safe manner;
- Communicate the results of quality strategies through Management Review, understood as a fundamental tool for information and communication, also using a series of appropriately identified performance indicators in order to ensure the improvement of objectives.
Furthermore, more specifically, the General Management works continuously to ensure that the following image is perceived both inside and outside the company:

- reliable and competent company that complies with current legislation applicable to the sector of activity;
- always focused on respect for the environment, operator safety, and the community
- qualified and reliable company for all markets, with particular reference to the aeronautical sector.
