Pre Setting Tool
From Manual Table to Measuring System
The Pre Setting Tool is a device designed to transform a common tool presetting machine into a dedicated measuring system.
It is particularly useful when the part to be inspected cannot be fixed on a traditional collet holder: the tool allows for stable and precise focusing and verification of the part.
The system consists of:
- Interchangeable base cone, selected by the customer from ISO 50, ISO 45, ISO 40, or HSK connections
- TRP 40x30 manual table with a useful stroke of 30 mm, precise movement, and integrated locking system.
On request, presetting can be customized with workpiece holders, spindles, or dedicated supports designed based on the customer’s specific measurement or inspection needs.
